The older lady working the desk when we bought our tickets was not nice. She seemed to think we knew all the answers to our questions... Sorry but we're tourists and I'm sure you get asked the same questions over and over but that's you're job... Anyway we decided to take the cruise anyhow. And I'm sure glad we did!! The crew for the 7 pm Monday July 3rd tour was amazing. So friendly, and welcoming. Jeremy was a fantastic host! So knowledgeable, confident, and funny. I highly recommend this cruise!
Very poor customer service. Wouldn't let my 3 year old use their washroom - said it was closed for cleaning even when I explained the person cleaning it just finished. Told us to walk a few blocks to find the next one. Have you ever tried to get a 3 year old to wait 10 minutes to go pee?! Good luck!
This cruise was part of our Caravan tour of the Canadian Rockies. Our commentator, Sam, was especially talented in his narration of the local history, geology, flora and fauna. The views were breathtakingly beautiful and the boat captain steered us to the other side of Waterton Lake when a bear was spotted. We watched it for quite a while. U.S. Forest Ranger talk was interesting on the American end of the lake. Highly recommend...don't miss the boat!
Highly recommend it is a little pricey but worth it. I would recommend the later time though it's less crowded. It's very cool to cross the boarder and not have to pull out your passport.
It was an awesome experience. It was super hot and a great way to cool off!! Our tour guide was awesome! It was nice to see a local born and raised doing such a great job. We are definitely going to so it again!!
