So many things to look at and choose from! Not the easiest shop to navigate (again, so much stuff!), but well worth a wander. Found some English sweets we hadn't seen in ages!
Was very rude to our family but treated the other customers in the store respectfully for some reason. Priority seemed to have been given to the customers in line behind us, as we stood in line for 10 minutes only to have others go before us. Female manager tried to charge us $10 extra and double-charge us for our purchase; then proceeded to give attitude for the correction. Will be giving our business to the other ice cream shop in Waterton from now on, because this terrible experience was simply not worth it. I will also be contacting the BBB, because this has not been the first time we have had issues with this business.
The candy/chocolate shop is certainly a feast for the eyes. There are so many items that it takes time to adjust your eyes. For PEZ lovers you will be pleased with the selection of PEZ dispensers from floor to literally ceiling. I will be back.
She baked the pies that are sold there and has a decent selection of coffees too. If you keep your cup you can have unlimited refills throughout the same day.
The lady who owns this place is so warm and friendly that you cannot help but enter her shop and become her customer.
Prices are insanely high... 200% markup on many items you can purchase at any gas station. We really love Waterton, but we don't bring our kids to this store anymore. I'd like to think they'd be better off reducing prices slightly, as I don't imagine they have any repeat business as a result!

Absolutely terrible. I paid $15 for two small chocolates that tasted old and gross. The only Reason I gave it one star is because there are pezz dispensers on the roof.
